| Ready Mixed Wet Plaster
Works on our Ready Mixed Wet Plaster was finalized
during the year and the marketing and sales activities
of the product has initiated. Ready Mixed Wet Plaster,
similar to ready mixed concrete, is produced in concrete plants,
transported to the construction site by truck-mixers
and can be kept up to 48 hours at the construction site
under proper storing conditions, without loosing its consistency.
Betonsa’s Ready Mixed Wet Plaster is a feasible, environmentally
friendly and contemporary alternative to traditional plasters
prepared at the construction sites. It is expected that
the Ready Mixed Wet Plaster will go through a process similar
to the one previously experienced in the market by ready
mixed concrete during its competition against hand mixed
concrete. Since all ready mixed concrete customers available
in Betonsa’s portfolio are also potential consumers of
Ready Mixed Wet Plaster, and since the market is yet going
through a settling period, there are great opportunities
lying in front of the Ready Mixed Wet Plaster.
Fiberbeton
In our day, durability feature of concrete has gained significance
besides its compression strength. Durability of concrete
depends on the structure of pores and cracks contained
within, specifically its impermeability. As for Betonsa’s
Fiberbeton, the synthetic fibers added into wet concrete
at the production facilities, spread out uniformly in the
concrete and build a network against early time plastic
shrinkage cracks. The risk of shrinkage crack formation
often experienced in surface concretes is thus minimized
and the concrete is furnished with additional tension and
bending strength. Fiberbeton, which also prevents microcracks,
likely to occur in high-strength concretes, is suitable
for use in all concrete elements that require impermeability.
Ýzobeton
Ýzobeton is Betonsa's lightweight concrete product used for insulation purposes.
Ýzobeton is 4 times lighter than normal concretes and screeds. Moreover, it
is very liquid and can be conveyed by screed or concrete pumps. Its ingredients
are cement, fine aggregate and chemical additives. Expanded polistren (EPS)
is used as lightweight aggregate in Ýzobeton. On account of the porous structure
of EPS, Ýzobeton is light and has heat and sound insulation features. Main
places of use of Ýzobeton can be pointed out as filler screed and concretes
so as to avoid laying unnecessary loads on the construction; inner walls and
floors of prefabricated buildings requiring heat and sound insulation; leveling
or protection concrete applications below or above the water insulation level;
aged grounds not requiring high resistance that need repair.
