A+BETON is a high quality concrete product group with low carbon emission developed for environment-friendly and sustainable structures.

A+BETON product group is constituted of three essential categories:

A+BETON Foundation

It is a product designed for the most sustainable and most durable concrete solutions particularly in the foundations. Sulfates are naturally available in the soil, and they might have detrimental effects causing cracking and breaking of the concrete.

It provides a significant durability against the sulfate impacts by using A+Beton in the foundation of structures.

Foundation 1

  • Unreinforced mass concrete foundations,
  • Pit filling foundations,
  • Garden wall foundations,
  • It is suitable for pumping with transit-mixer.

  • Cement is substituted by minimum 50% GBFC (*).
  • It is easy to use and apply.
  • It complies with TS EN 206-1 standard.
  • CO2e Emission Saving 27 kg/m3 (according to the mixture containing 30% mineral additive)
  • CO2e Emission Saving 76 kg/m3 (according to the mixture containing 100% CEM I)

Foundation 2

  • Building foundation,
  • Pumping casting.

  • It is easy to use and apply.
  • It is suitable for TS EN 206-1.
  • It is suitable for XA Environmental Impact Classes.
  • CO2e Emission Saving 51 kg/m3 (according to the mixture containing 30% mineral additive)
  • CO2e Emission Saving 153 kg/m3 (according to the mixture containing 100% CEM I)

Foundation 3

  • Building foundation,
  • It is suitable for pumping casting.

  • It is easy to use and apply.

  • It is suitable for XA Environmental Impact Classes.
  • CO2e Emission Saving 138 kg/m3 (according to the mixture containing 30% mineral additive) (No comparison is available according to the mixture containing 100% CEM l. 100% CEM l cannot be used in XA environmental impact class.)

A+ Beton Road and Coating

It is a sustainable concrete product with high durability, long service life, and quality assurance particularly designed for road and coating concretes.

Road and Coating 1

  • It is used for outdoor reinforced concrete roads and coating concretes,
  • Housing estate roads,
  • Coating concretes within the structure,
  • Places where concrete cover is minimum 50 mm.

  • Cement is substituted by minimum 35% GBFC (*).
  • It can be produced in minimum C25/30 durability class.
  • It is easy to use and apply.
  • It complies with TS EN 206-1 standard.
  • It is resistant against XC2 environmental impact class causing corrosion due to carbonation.
  • It is resistant against XF3 environmental impact class causing frosting-defrosting.
  • It provides outstanding frosting-defrosting resistance by entraining air inside the concrete.
  • CO2e Emission Saving 24 kg/m3 (according to the mixture containing 30% mineral additive)
  • CO2e Emission Saving 70 kg/m3 (according to the mixture containing 100% CEM I)

Road and Coating 2

  • It is used for outdoor reinforced concrete roads and coating concretes,
  • Concrete roads exposed to vehicle traffic,
  • Road and bridge coatings containing defrosting substance or highly satisfied with sea water and exposed to frosting-defrosting impact,
  • Places where concrete cover is minimum 45 mm.

  • It can be produced in minimum C30/37 durability class.
  • It is easy to use and apply.

  • It is resistant against XC4 environmental impact class causing corrosion due to carbonation.

  • Places where concrete cover is minimum 35 mm,
  • Pumping casting.

  • Cement is substituted by 50% GBFC (*).
  • It is produced in minimum C25/30 durability class.
  • It is easy to use and apply.
  • It complies with TS EN 206-1 standard.
  • It is resistant against XC2 environmental impact class causing corrosion due to carbonation.
  • CO2 Emission Saving 61 kg/m3 (according to the mixture containing 30% mineral additive)
  • CO2e Emission Saving 113 kg/m2 (according to the mixture containing 100% CEM I)
  • Co2e emission calculations are made based on HeidelbergCement data.

Structural 2

  • It is suitable for concrete components inside the buildings with mid- and high-level humidity,
  • On all external structure components exposed to rain,
  • All external structure components not containing defrosting substance, reasonably satisfied with sea water and exposed to frosting-defrosting impact,
  • On industrial grounds available inside the buildings,
  • Places where concrete cover is minimum 35 mm,
  • Pumping casting.

  • On industrial grounds available inside the buildings,
  • Places where concrete cover is minimum 35 mm,
  • Pumping casting.

  • It is produced in minimum C35/45 durability class.
  • It is easy to use and apply.
  • It complies with TS EN 206-1 standard.
  • It is resistant against XC3 and XC4 environmental impact class causing corrosion due to carbonation.
  • It is resistant against XF3 environmental impact class causing frosting-defrosting.
  • It is resistant against XD1 environmental impact class causing corrosion due to chloride except sea water.
